The clients of this uniquely redeveloped villa looked to turning a tired, paved and landscaped yard into a beautiful Summer retreat for their family. Having a general vision for the front yard site RICH Landscapes developed on this further creating a minimal open space using concrete platforms and stairs with decorative cuts, recycling existing onsite materials and transplanting a Rose specimen to a more appropriate location.
