While Angus McMillan Concrete are churning out the Napier Marine Parade Skatepark their next stop will be the new Havelock North Skatepark Development. Higgins Contractors have been leading the charge in preparing the site earthworks ready for features, formwork and concrete placement in the skate park area later in the year. The creation of another fun destination in the Hawkes Bay area is in effect!
