Our in-house fabrication capabilities combine an industrial CreatBot D600 Pro with a Creality continuous belt printer, allowing us to manufacture everything from highly detailed architectural models and terrain models through to long components and efficient short production runs. By selecting the most appropriate printer for each project, we can produce high-quality results while keeping costs competitive.
Unlike many print providers, we combine professional CAD, 3D modelling and design expertise with industrial fabrication. Large Format & Continuous Printing
Our industrial CreatBot printer offers a generous 600 × 600 × 600 mm build volume, enabling large parts to be produced in a single print with excellent dimensional accuracy.
For projects requiring longer components or multiple identical parts, our continuous belt printer provides an efficient manufacturing solution capable of producing parts beyond the limits of conventional printers.
Materials
We currently specialise in high-quality PLA printing, which is ideal for architectural models, prototypes, presentation pieces and custom fabrication.
Our equipment is also capable of printing a range of engineering thermoplastics including PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon and Polycarbonate. Material selection can be discussed depending on your project requirements.
